SCAPP Articulation Working Group

Role and Remit:

  • To maintain a community of practice to support practitioners who have an interest or role in articulation and the pathways between school, college and university as part of the broader learner journey
  • To contribute to consultations and requests for information relating to articulation
  • To support and help implement recommendations as appropriate from the National Articulation Forum report and any future reports and recommendations arising from the US/CS Joint Articulation Group
  • To engage with policy makers to influence the development of articulation policy at a national level
  • To work with agencies to ensure access and better use of data pertaining to articulation
  • To support learning, knowledge and understanding of the range of learner pathways of practitioners and influencers
  • To raise and share issues related to articulation to help raise the profile and importance of articulation across the sector
  • To share information relating to articulation planning and best practice by highlighting and celebrating success
  • To disseminate information, reports and developments related to articulation activity made available from a variety of agencies and stakeholders
  • To identify opportunities for appropriate networking events
